Trade With Solo – Deposit Terms & Conditions
By joining Trade With Solo (TWS) through a deposit into GatesFX, you agree to the following terms:
1. Minimum Deposit Requirement
A minimum deposit of $250 USD into a verified GatesFX account is required to qualify for free access to the TWS community.
2. Active Trading Requirement
Deposits must be actively traded within the account.
A minimum of 5-10+ standard lots (or equivalent) traded per month is required to maintain free access.
Accounts with little to no trading activity may result in suspension of free access until the requirement is met.
3. Withdrawal Restriction
Withdrawing your deposit within the first 30 days without trading of joining will void free access to TWS.
If funds are withdrawn within this period, your community access will be revoked, and you may be required to re-qualify with a new deposit. You must not set your funds in the account and not trade it at all or to little!
4. Verification
GatesFX provides transaction and trading data directly to Trade With Solo for verification.
Any attempt to abuse or bypass the deposit requirement will result in a permanent ban from free access.
5. Ongoing Membership
As long as your account remains funded and you remain an active trader, your free access to TWS continues.
If you stop trading for 30+ days or fully withdraw your funds, your free access will be revoked, and you will need to reapply under the current terms.
6. Fair Use Policy
This offer is designed for serious traders who want to grow with the community.
Abusing the system by depositing only to gain free access without trading violates these terms and will lead to removal.
